Commercial Energy Audit

Commercial Buildings and businesses consume high energy because they have big floor areas and big mechanical and electrical systems. This leads to high energy bills and high CO2 emissions. Systems such as Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contribute to around 40% of the total building energy consumption. Such systems have many energy saving opportunities that can be implemented to save energy and money.

Building Managers usually hire service agents to maintain and keep these systems running. However, most of these service agents are usually busy and concentrate on maintenance issues and overlook the energy saving opportunities.

AESS can engage with the building managers by conducting detailed energy audit to their buildings to identify energy saving opportunities and help them implement them. Our energy audit is conducted by a Professional Engineer with a vast experience that allows him to evaluate the systems reasonably and produce applicable solutions.

We conduct our energy audits in accordance with the Australian Standard AS/NZS-3598:2014 from Level 1(basic), Level 2 (detailed) to Level 3(precision sub-system).
